Clint Sorensen is a business leader who believes that integrity and transparency should always remain the basis for business operation and communication. Clint enjoys utilizing the latest technologies and exploring how new developments can help clients better rely on the time-tested principles of business.
Clint's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University, He also holds an Associates Degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University. Clint has been certified by Adobe as a ColdFusion developer.
Outside of work, Clint is an active member of the community. After college, he spent 2 years in Brazil in humanitarian service where he became fluent in Portuguese. He is currently very active in assisting with the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia.

Kane McLean
Founder, Creative Director
As the company’s founder and former CEO, Kane McLean has been the guiding force for thought, inc. He prefers the Creative Director title because it reinforces the fact that thought, inc. is first and foremost a creative services agency—and his most important role as the company’s leader is to inspire creativity and creative problem solving.
Kane’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in both Public Relations and Journalism, as well as a degree minor in Business with a emphasis in Marketing. Kane also spent two additional years gaining advanced training in motion picture production, photography, and graphic design.
An experienced entrepreneur, Kane understands how important working harder and smarter actually is for both startups and Fortune 500’s. He enjoys not only helping clients to improve their ability to communicate (both in-house and to clients/prospects), but also honing and targeting the message—making the client more effective and improving their odds for success.
Kane is also a firm believer in the value and synergy of teamwork and leadership. His relaxed management style fits well with impressive professionalism of the teams at thought, inc. Kane has been involved with graphic arts since the mid 90’s and is looking forward to helping clients leverage the ever-changing industry trends and technologies.

Amy McLean
Director of Public Relations
As thought, inc.’s Director of Public Relations, Amy McLean handles the PR and Marketing activates for thought, inc. itself. She also works with the Account Executives on client strategies and projects when appropriate.
Amy completed her Bachelor’s Degree while living abroad, in Belgium. In the past, she has specialized in both the legal and hospitality industries. An accomplished musician, Amy has enjoyed composing and studio work. She has also composed original scores used for client video productions.
Her role as director of thought, inc.’s public relations allows Amy to be heavily involved with community re-investment. She organizes volunteer opportunities with local charities and has become very involved with the Virginia Entrepreneurs Forum, an organization that thought, inc. helped found.

Dave Duke
Account Executive - Public Relations
Dave Duke came to thought inc. by way of 'word of mouth' - one of the most effective ways that business gets done in this world. Dave has a lengthy background in outside sales, and in particular - advertising and marketing. A 1996 graduate of George Mason
University with a degree in Communications, he has extensive contacts in the Northern Virginia area... partly due to his leadership
role in the business networking organization he co-founded in 2005. This popular organization, FreeNI (Free Networking Invitational), currently has five regional meeting locations and over 650 member companies... a valuable pool of resources to say the least.
Dave has worked in such promotional mediums as direct mail, newspaper, Internet (PPC / email marketing), and open-air signage. He has specific skills in the areas of branding, idea creation, ad copy, campaign messages, target audiences, and the like. He has particular interest in the concepts of doing more with less (keeping it simple), using humor effectively, and above all... being different.
Dave is married to his beautiful wife of five years, Carolyn. They live a short country drive from Fredericksburg along the Rappahannock River in Port Royal, VA. They enjoy sailing, playing golf, and spending time with their dog Virginia and the cats: George & Mason.

Lin McLean
Executive Assistant
Much more than just client services, Lin McLean is usually the first point of contact many of our clients have with though, inc. As the Executive Assistant, Lin in often involved with helping Account Executives, the Creative Teams, and clients coordinate meetings and schedules. She also handles many of the day-to-day accounting functions such as accounts receivable.
Lin’s background in education and office management have given her a great foundation, which she draws on while working with staff and clients to meet project deadlines and goals. Lin is a vital part of the thought, inc. team and the first point-of-contact for most of our clients.
